Rentals

The theater can be rented for productions, classes and/or rehearsals. Our general rates are below, but we often put togehter packages and would be happy to give you a custom quote.

Rehearsals:
• $12-$25 per hour, depending on day/time and frequency of use or quantity of hours
• Stage usually configured to 18' wide x 16' deep. Ask for dimensions of current configuration.
• Sprung wood floor
• Central A/C & Heat
• Free street parking
• Basic rehearsal furniture
• Piano

Productions:
• $800-$1,000 per weekend, depending on the number of perofrmances and weeks booked. More = better rate.
• Minimum of 3 consecutive weeks.
• Venue can provide box office services, concessions or technical staffing, if desired

Co-Productions

We occasionally find projects and artists that really excite us. To these folks we offer our space, our equipment and our staff as a resource to get the work up and seen. If you've got a production that you think matches SoSE aesthetic qualities, we accept open submissions for co-productions.

Here is a list of what we provide for free when we co-produce:
• The venue for performances
• Tech week hours
• Discounted rate for rehearsals
• Box office staff and ticketing services
• Web presence on our website
• Marketing support including some social media presence on our pages
• Public affiliation with a great and well-known company

Guidelines & Application
