Aaron Henne

Aaron Henne is resident playwright for Son of Semele Ensemble, which has produced and developed Bare, King Cat Calico Finally Flies Free! and Labo(u)r. His most recent play, Sliding into Hades opened in April at the Odyssey Theatre. He has served as dramaturg for Culture Clash, The Mark Taper Forum, The Theatre @ Boston Court and The Colony Theatre. Aaron's work has also been featured at The Road Theatre Company, Unknown Theatre and Wordspace. For his play Strut, Aaron was honored as a finalist for The Jerome and The Juilliard Fellowships in Playwriting. He has taught at the University of Alabama and currently teaches Playwriting at the Robey Theatre Company and under the auspices of his business, Wordstrut.
